Pre-Op Medical Clearance
In order to receive pre-op clearance from BMPW, you generally need:
- Blood pressure cuff, A digital thermometer, a fingertip oxygen sensor, or a pulse oximeter for the visit.
- Laboratories that you will need or may need, we will follow your surgeon's request:
Complete blood count (CBC)
Complete metabolic profile (CMP)
Prothrombin time (PT)
International normalized ratio (INR)
A list of your current medications (prescription and over-the-counter)
